bah to no radeon 9000 if this is true. thats just pitiful. other than that...nice tho :)

i would think they could break up the powerbook line into a 3rd option for 1GHz and Radeon9000 for the original $3199 price.

No difference except in clock speed?

Hmmph.

I want a SuperDrive.

When they went from 550/667 to 667/800 they at least gave it DVI, new video card, cache, and other upgrades.

i'm starting to worry that these might be the specs we'll be getting. but it's only one day to go now (if that part of the rumor was right:rolleyes:) so hopefully we'll know the 'proper' specs soon.

If that's what the update is, I'll still buy, but I'd like a little more.

Hey BTTM, how do I become a current customer so i can buy from you?

Not me. Silly to buy one if you believe an update is also coming at MWSF. If updated tomorrow or the 6th, you wont *get* one for at least 2 weeks.. Then thanksgiving, then XMAS and new year...hardly crunch time requiring a new toy. Then MWSF with potentially major incremental changes (video, screen?), etc.
I'll wait.

back in NYC!
Small HD, and not much memory on the graphics card (which isn't that great in the 1st place). I hope these aren't the stats, but these are good stats to hope for so nobody gets dissapointed.
