Problems with random noises while playing movies taken with my DSC-N2.

When I capture movies using my DSC-N2, and upload them to my computer, when I play them back the picture is fine, and I can hear what people are saying. BUT, there are often times lots of "Clicks, beeps, pops, and fuzz" sounds.

Is there a setting I need to mess with, or do I need to do something. Or is there something wrong with my camera? My friend's Canon doesn't do that.
