    with all their grade inflation and A- curves, I don't know why a Harvard student would be stressed...Jeez...

    Maybe U Chicago, maybe MIT, maybe even Northwestern...But Harvard?! C'mon!

    I can vouch for Northwestern! Finals next week and I'm a tad bit stressed...

    gwu does stuff like this. laser tag in the gym, concerts, massages...

    i, on the other hand, have my own anti-stress program.

    it's called beer.

    I do think that it is important for everyone to find ways to to cope with stress not just students. A certain amount of stress is healthy, otherwise we would accomplish nothing. Each person needs to find a strategy that is successful for them. Sometimes it is just as simple as taking slow deep breaths or changing your minds focus.

    Heh. Can you imagine the stress that the possibility of not passing that stress management course can create? :p

    Me too! So few of us in the forums...Year/school? I'm Sophomore WCAS...oh, and good luck with finals, which are upon us now! AAAARGH! Guess why I'm posting at 5 AM...It's called a break from Hell.
