Prosecutors seeking Lay indictment

    Saw it too, but I doubt that it will do anything worthwhile. He'll probably go to some country club prison. Now if they send him to a SuperMax prison that would be a different story.

    I don't undestand how people are ready to lynch Martha Stewart but barely pay attention to this guy...

    She grated on some peoples nerves for being so perfect and sweet on TV.

    I have been rethinking sending people like Martha Stewart and Ken Lay to a SuperMax prison. Lets sentence them to their jail time working a minimum wage job, and trying to live on that for 20+ years. Given their education levels they could not advance in their jobs beyond the "average" worker in that company.

    Can't even compare what Martha Stewart did to what Kenneth Lay did. She needs community serivce, he needs hard jail time. IMHO.

    Bout freakin time. Rove must have explained to Bush that a prosecution of 'Kenny Boy' would be a GOOD THING during a tight election.
