    Must... resist... pun.

I sure don't have a lot of faith in the quality of the drinking water in the UK. When I was living over there for a while during the early '90s I got quite sick, twice, from water that was contaminated by a bug called cryptosporidium. The officials in charge of the local water system tried to cover it up until so many people were becoming ill that they had to admit that the drinking water had become contaminated by sewage. After that, I started gargling with beer.

Since this was posted on the political threads, I seriously thought it was refering to george bush and not great britain...although I don't think it would explain anythign even if it was actually put in bush's water in very high doses.

I read it as 'Green Bay' and wondered what the Packers or their fans were on!

    And I'm a Brit...oh dear (note to self - read less ESPN.com)

Having said that, as a Scot, I find London's water disgusting in any case. I bathe in it and brush my teeth with it but aside from that, I drink bottled water. Perhaps next time I feel stressed though I should try the stuff from the tap!

So you say, but have you actually tried it? The trick is finding one that goes with Crest.

I can no longer drink tap water. It has to filtered. I spend $.20 (twenty cents) a gallon for it, which is very cheap to drink water that does not taste like a swmimming pool.

    Green Bay doesn't need Prozac.

We Cleveland Browns fans, on the other hand....

No one needs prozac. There is no cure for a made up disease.

Are you saying that depression isn't a clinically proven physical disease?

Don't mind him. He is a Scientologist. He doesn't think anything in the realm of psychology/psychiatry is valid
