Lets us not rat on each other about systems....this is about the games you want or can't wait for in 2006 for both systems.

PSP: Killzone: liberation, Splinter Cell Essentials, Exit and Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror.

DS: Metroid Prime: hunters, RE:Deadly Silence, Tetris DS.

nice how you bundle in the current top selling handheld with the overall best selling system ever in the thread title ;)

DS: Super Princess Peach, Metroid Hunters (ohgodyes), Tetris DS, New Mario Bros, as many RPG's as I can get my hands on; ASH, FF3, Tales of Whatever, FF Crystal Chronicles.

GBA: FF4 and any random platformer (fingers crossed for a Turrican style game)

There are a whole bunch of old GBA games I want (Pokemon Emerald, Astroboy, forget the rest)

DS: Metroid Prime Hunters (yay), Star Trek: Tactical Assualt, new Super Mario Bros, Final Fantasy IIID, Zelda DS, and maybe Age of Empires DS.

    GBA: MegaMan Anniversary Collection

Star Trek: Tactical Assualt just jumped to one of my most anticipated games of the year. Starfleet Command III is perhaps my favorite PC game of all time. Star Trek: Tactical Assualt is basicly a handheld Starfleet Command under a different name (since Activision got in a spat with Taldren, then blocked them from making more Trek games, driving them out of business and killing the SFC name).

I used to look forward to new handheld games, but I just sold my PSP last week. Wasn't using it and I enjoy the 360 far more. My girlfriend has an SP that I like to play with. I think I am more of an XBox consoles game person but a Nintendos handheld games person. I just find the simple Marios or Zeldas on the SP really enjoyable, easy to pick up and put away. I might pick up that new DS they just announced with it is available in the US, but that might be a while.

Although new games would be always welcome, I'm happy with the couple games I have for the DS right now: Animal Crossing & Elecktroplankton. Now I wish there were some good games for me to buy for the PSP.

On my list for my DS:
Age of Empires II: The age of kings
    Another Code: Two Memories
    Final Fantasy III
    Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles
    Harvest Moon
    Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney
    Trauma Centre: Under the Knife

I'm in the UK, so I've not had the chance to pick up Phoenix Wright and Trauma Centre. I could hhvae imported them, but I was doing exams in the past few weeks...
