    that's very good.

But the funny part is that it's true.

    Why?

My ha-ha meter detected nothing funny about that movie.

In fact, it registered in the negative, which means the movie was eitehr lame, or stupid, or both.

    It was amusing.

    You're probably a PSP fan, I'd assume?

    I have a PSP. It's ok.
I don't have a DS because there's nothing there that interests me.

Regardless, they're DS puppets. And lame dialogue. And ripped off Jeopardy! music. I laugh more at my tax statement.

I laughed because (I feel like I'm back in school here) the surprises got me. I've no idea what Jeopardy is but the music and the pause made me laugh. Loading photos and that. Low Battery was sooo true. PSP cases certainly need a place for the power supply too. I was caught out expecting DS style battery performance.

    AND MORTAL KOMBAT!

"it takes time for top notch japanese developers"... I remember the old PSP lovers spouting that out. pop cultural reference=good.

    "Loading Dropkick" :D

Why on earth did I buy that PSP  probably to teach me never to do silly buying again.

Would have been better as an animation and without whoever was doing the voices. And without the Triumph quote. UGH.

Are you actually using your PSP?

    Just kidding. :p

It is amusing that only the PSP fanboys apparently are the ones who don't find it amsuing. I wonder why… ? ;)

Because I use a PSP automatically makes me a fanboy?
And the lame content and poor quality doesn't make that video unfunny?

I'm definately no PSP fanboy (I have a DS and love it) and I don't find that video amusing in the slightest.

I own both. Along with the PSP I have the old DS and just recently bought a DS lite. After beating and getting most of the secrets out of the awesome new Mario game I've drifted back to some old skool rpg fun, crawling around my PSP on PoPoLo Crois.

From a relatively neutral perspective, I don't think the vid was that funny, but I suppose I appreciate the effort. I'm sure that the points the youtube video made will cause legions of PSP owner's to trade them in for the DS...

It's not like there will ever be a definitive end to this debate that pops up every few weeks, just like the eternal PC vs. Mac argument. But then again, people still watch romantic comedies. There is something to be said for being predictable.

As opposed to all those hi-rez youtube videos out there? How many of those have you seen?

I don't think that's the point. I'm not comparing it to anything. I'm simply stating that the video was lame.
They're using DS' as muppets for ****'s sake. You can see their fingers in a few shots. That's not funny. It's stupid.

Not funny is right. When they said "For me to poop on" I had to fight myself from closing the window.

That quote was funny for a dog puppet to say 5 years ago. And then just barely.

Any of you ever seen a movie on the PSP? It's like looking at a little HDTV.

My brother and cousin own one, and they duel it out on madden. It's very funny. Batterylife they tell me is ok.

The poop thing was terrible. made me think of them imported US shows on Channel 4, where they get laughs from saying "hi my name is Jeff, and I'm a JEEEEFFFFF!!!!"

Believe me, if I chose to, it would be better. Personal pride and professionalism go a long way towards better product.
Being a perfectionist (in artistic endeavors) helps.
