Question on running EVE Online

So i got a 2011 13" MBA and back in the days i already played EVE on this beauty. But it was pretty loud and settings were really low.

Any idea if EVE is available with any cloud gaming network? Or am I able to stream EVE from my windows desktopPC on my Air?

gaming streaming is not a well developed technology for a single user solution. I have tried many services and the only one that is decent and i forgot its name. I tried 3 or 4 different applications and none delivered great performance.
