Quick question regarding VLC

Is there any way to get the movie controls to pop up when VLC is at fullscreen?

when i use QT, and hit apple+F, it makes the movie fullscreen, and will bring up the ff, rew, pause, etc bar.

however in VLC, only time i can use those controls is by getting out of fullscreen.

is there any way to change this? maybe in the preferences?

Last I checked all you needed to do was move the mouse a bit and the menu comes up on it's own. Works like that for me.

After upgrading to 0.8.6 the full screen controls works fairly well...

Update your copy of VLC, it has good fullscreen controls now.
