Quicklook audio for movies broken?

I'm having spotty luck getting sound when I Quicklook a video file in ML GM. AVIs and MKVs seem to be the problem files. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I don't recall this ever being an issue with Lion or SL.

I've removed and resinstalled Perian, VLC, Flip4Mac. Nothing makes the problem files play audio in Quicklook.

Anyone else? Any ideas?
