For a few bucks more, you can get memory that has been tested for your system. Try Crucial or one of the other memory companies.

If you can wait until Tuesday ...

    I ordered:

    http://www.newegg.com/product/product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148086

for a Mac Mini I just got. It is due in on Tuesday and I will gladly report back if it is successful. I ordered these because the reviews included other Mac users who had successfully upgraded with them.

    Cheers ...

The dual core 2 minis can support up to 3GB of RAM ... but I think you will sacrifice some performance by having two different sized memory DIMMs in the two slots. So, it is safest to stick with a 2 x 1GB DIMM installation.

Other World Computing (http://eshop.macsales.com/) will sell you a 3GB upgrade kit if you really want to try that route.

    Cheers ...
