    What type of RAM does a gigabit ethernet powermac g4 take?

    PC133 non-ECC DIMM, up to 512 Mb in size, must have 16 chips if it is a 512 Mb.

    I can't remember off the top of my head; it may actually be specced for PC100, but PC133 is all you're going to find today anyway.
