    title should be Replacements :)

Hi, after 6 months of torture they finally agreed to replace my computer. They have been very helpful with posting information and calling back until I send my powerbook back to them. They received the powerbook few days ago. I called in today to ask so "what's the progress" as they used to send emails for everything and not anything for awhile. I was curious.

    anyways they dont know.

so those of you who are familiar with replacements, what is the usual procedure? Once the FedEx tracking notes that my Powerbook is mailed to Elk Grove Apple Inc, how long does it take for them to send the new computer? Do they send out emails for tracking? or they just send it and you dont know?

when Apple deside they could not get the logic board quick enough for my powerbook they put me incontact with a inventory specialist who order me a MPB with the same amount of ram (even though I did not purchase apple memory). From the phone call to the time off arrive was 2 days. Apple Rocks
