Recording onto an iPod?

    Anyone got a suggestion for a fair quality and inexpensive microphone option for the ipod? (4G) Need to get soemthing ordered soon for a concert on Monday (just my old school class nothing professional)

    Suggestions please :) And links to purchase ibn the UK if you're feeling really generous ;)

    The iPod's built-in software cannot record. However, if you install third-party software on your iPod, I believe one of the earbuds that comes with the iPod can be used as a microphone.

    So what are all those digital voice recorders I've seen on ebay for the ipod? :confused:

    I believe they do work, but they record at low quality.

    As long as you use an external microphone, the iTrip from Griffin Technology records great.
