iPod Recover music, playlists from good hard drive, but fried PC?

My pc crashed and burned, but the hard drive is OK. I bought a new PC and can see all the data on the old hard drive (but it is no longer the main drive). How do I get all my music (including purchased from iTunes) and playlists into my newly installed iTunes?

If you can navigate folders on the drive, go to the Music/iTunes folder and look in there. It might be easier to copy the entire folder to your PC, including the iTunes library, and it would make importing a heckuva lot easier.
