i opened a folder full of photos and i rotated some them. the finder thumbnails however still show the original version of the picture. is there anyway to build the thumbnails within a finder window? thanks!

There's a contextual (right/ctrl click) menu plug-in called "QuickImage" that will do that. You select the files you want to create thumbnails for.

GraphicConverter will let you select files and create thumbnails, also, but that's not "in the Finder".

Just curious: Which app did you use to rotate the images?

i just used preview to rotate
