I bought Tiger on the release date and installed it. I immediately realized after installation that my old school printer is not Tiger compatible. Shortly after that, I did a factory restore back to Panther for a seperate reason.

I decided not to re-install Tiger, but was thinking about selling it. Is it unlawful/unethical to sell Tiger if it has been installed (but since uninstalled) on a system?

As long as it's uninstalled, it's fine.

However, your printer is "not tiger compatible"?

I'm sure it is. You just need updated drivers, and if these aren't available, Gimp-Print always works.
