Duff-Man says....I raise my glass to her now....while talents like hers are always missed, she at least lived a very long and full, productive life and left a legacy that many will enjoy for years and years.....oh yeah!

Pioneers are rarely recognised by the crowds, but that woman took on complacency and gave it a home somewhere else. Her family fought for women's rights when it was considered absurd. Her roles showed a bit of her each time: charming, cunning, daring, dear, and unwilling to accept "destiny" as it was given to her.

Will they miss today's young actresses as much when they die?

My thougths and prayers go out to her family and friends. She was a true Hollywood legend. I admire how she preferred hometown life, remained in CT. According to her neighbors, she did a lot to support her town!
