Restore loss data possible?

Is that possible to restore any date that has been deleted?

short answer: yes. be carefull. first, dont do more data reading/writing than is absolutly possible to prevent writing over the deleted data.
Im not a mac expert(yet), but i wanted to just tell you that yes, It is possible, so dont give up hope. Im sure someone else can tell you exactly what you need to do.
