So I cleaned off all my music, videos, etc. on my ipod nano, but it still shows over 1.28GB being used on the Nano. I found out there is music being stored in the music folder when searching the folders on the Nano in windows explorer ('ipod_control' > 'music')

There is just a bunch of folders called 'F00, F01, F02...

Any idea why these music folders are still on the Nano? Would restoring the ipod to factoring settings delete them all and free up more disk space? I have never restored to factoring settings so not sure what to expect. I have nothing on the Nano that is important and needs to be backed up...
