Is it possible to get my hotmail mails from the macMail???

Used to be able to, but I don't think you can now.
Gmail has this capability

If you're talking about Mail (the bundled OSX email client) then you could try the httpmail plugin although Microsoft has recently been making it extremely difficult for anything other than Outlook (or Outlook Express) to use Hotmail. There have been pretty mixed results with this plugin (and any equivalent for other email clients), the older accounts seem to have more luck with it. :)

Sorry,

I was wondering if it would work for ME with Yahoo mail.

Does anyone know of an App that will?

Thanks.

httpmail works for me and for a few friends I've set it up for (using a clean install of Tiger), using both old and new hotmail accounts.

I'd make sure you are using v.1.46 for Tiger and not the plugin for Panther. The download can be slightly confusing. And make sure you have all the latest updates installed.

probably just something weird on mine. i've had it on panther, upgraded (cleanly of course) to tiger. got it working on that. then decided ot reinstall tiger for some off the wall reason.... boredom maybe.... (I come from Windows you know lol). Everything installs fine of course. A mouse I had that didn't work made a small improvement. But when I tried to get back to using httpmail (of which i store the latest versions), I assume it can't find the server or there's s protocol mismatch. I get a bit of black text where it'd normally say like "looking up x server" but it's too fast to see. then the continue and back buttons are disabled. I can only cancel new account.

Sent him an email about it. Maybe I've just does something stupid or something.
