Ripping BluRay to convert for iTunes / iPhone / iPad.

Hey,
I've converted a lot of my DVD collection to work with all the products mentioned, now I've started to collect some titles on BluRay and was just wonder how are people converting BluRay titles if the MacBook (or Apple computer) don't have BluRay drives??

External blu-ray drive, MakeMKV, Handbrake.

The worst are discs with multiple tracks all of the same length (see TrueGrit) and BluRays. I have yet to find a BluRay player that will play the menu, so you have no real idea what Track is the correct one.

Also a problem for BluRay TV-Shows, sometimes the tracks are not in order in accordance to the episode number; so getting out of order episodes is too easy.
