I would really like to meet Roger Ebert in person. Wonder if he will actually make a movie during the speech. He might be able to take some pointers from David Pogue, MacWorld iDVD film during a class.

Weird. Ebert is a Mac user, but he's not a filmmaker. All he's done is write a few Russ Meyer films.

His last sentence in the "I, Robot" review is the best part of the whole review.

Yeah, that was pretty funny. A true Mac user.

Well, if anyone's going to be there, tell him I said, "Hi"! :p

Roger Ebert does not like Terry Gilliam's Brazil, ergo I do not like Roger Ebert.... Being a film critic is the easiest job in the world (providing you have you copy of The Bumper Book of Clichés™), and after that point I knew he was never going to be any good at it.

But pointless personal vilification aside, I also can't think what he really knows about budget movie making in the 21st century.
