Just got my 1st Mac yesterday. 14" with 640K. Looking for a good RPG, can be an older game, but not BG2. I buy most of my stuff off ebay used. Any ideas? I also like sports games. Thanks. Chuck

Speaking of 640k of RAM, who can place this quote from a fellow Mac-head?

"640 kilobytes of RAM is plenty. Really."

Edit: I went WAY off topic here. Allow me to make amends.

Icewind Dale is pretty good. If you don't mind using an emulator, you can get some of the old Ultima games. Then there's Dungeon Siege, Another War, all three Avernum games... and, of course, the Diablo games.

Personally, I'm still working on BGII, and I pre-ordered NWN. That'll probably last me for at least two years given my craptacular skills with RPGs.

It took me 2 years to get through Final Fantasy 8. I haven't finished 7 yet, I was part way through then I got my Mac and it runs too slow in VPC :( Where's RealPC?!

I started FF8 and never finished because it sux0rz. I finished FF7 and it's got a better plot than any RPG I've ever finished.

Go go Diablo 2! Still kicks ass, enough though currently runs like **** without 1.1 beta 2.

BTW, you know FF9 NEVER came out?
They went DIRECTLY to X (10), seriously, everyone I know who had FF games was like 'what happened to 9?'

Anyway FF is too long of a series.
