Whenever I download something in Safari, the little download window appears to let me know how far along my download is. But once the download is finished, that download manager window is still there and requires me to manually close it. Is there a way to make Safari automatically close it once the download is complete or have it not show up at all? I can't find that in the prefs anywhere.

It can be quite a pain when browsing hundreds of Real Audio files at a time like I do sometimes.

Hey OP. It's been 4 years. Have you been able to figure this out yet? I'd really like to be able to make the download manager auto close once downloads are done.
