Safari Fast Scrolling

iPad Safari browser needs one so bad.
Is there any way to add a scrollbar to safari? (like the one in Perfect web browser app) I use both browsers heavily, tend to prefer the latter more.

There is a jailbreak app for scrollbars that works ok. As it's a UI change you won't find it outside of a jailbreak.

Pay 99 cents for atomic browser, it's way better. Real tabs and fast jump buttons. Worth it.
