Safari showing white pages?

Anyone else having a problem in DP3 where Safari will randomly load a website as blank? even when refreshed? I can only get the site to load by closing Safari and reopening it.

Yes, it's an issue with cache. As far as I know, Apple is aware of it.

If it happens switch to full screen real quick and the content will appear.

Yes, it is an issue. I have filed a bug report.

If I resize the safari window, the content appears again.
I find the issue where Safari has to reload the pages open in my tabs far more annoying...

I see this also. In topsites. I have to close the window and open a new window to stop this.
