iPod Samsung to challenge iPod/iTunes

how many times have <insert company name here> tried to beat apple.
for a start their main problem is that if they go out trying to come up with an iTunes programme to challenge - they will never get anywhere, because why would you change from itunes for something that is similar (and probably worse!)
all these companies that are out to "challenge" apple need to inovate instead of immotating.
