Scratched Screen

    My screen has scratches...would you take it back to Target?

    Did you cause the scratches yourself? If yes then no. If no then yes.

    Not real sure how they got on it...but it is my understanding that the screen should not scratch.

    Then try to take it back and see what they say.

    Took it back and got a new one...3rd one in 3 weeks.

    1st - Home button quit working
    2nd - Scratched Screen
    3rd - ?????

    Who moved this to Apps...this is a hardware issue.

    Sounds like a carelessness issue to me.

    "but it is my understanding that the screen should not scratch" just means you did not do your homework.

    Are you sure the "scratches" are not the shooting stars from the wallpaper? I've had a couple of people come to me about this only for me to remind them that what they are seeing are the shooting stars from the stock wallpaper.

    Agreed. Apple never said that the glass would not scratch. You might want to be a little more careful with you things because Target does not have to exchange it for you if they believe you are abusing your products.
