Right, current scenario, I own a (Late 2008) MacBook alu unibody, purchased in March 2009: C2D 2.0Ghz; 4GB 1066 DDR3 RAM, 160GB HDD, 9400M GPU. 8 months Applecare remaining. I use it a lot, 4-5 hours a day, for a mixture of the following: - Internet / music / photos - Working from home (Word / Excel / PPT) - Football Manager (it's an English thing, processor intensive game) - Video (though rarely HD) - Occasional DVD encoding (I already have an external DVD-R) I really love the look of the MBA, so much so I'm thinking about buying one. My plan would be to keep it approx 3 years, as my main PC (I do have a Windows 7 PC for gaming) To help fund my purchase, I would sell my Macbook (though no idea what it's worth) and my Intel 320 SSD. Does it sound like it would be a worthwhile purchase for me? Or, for whatever reason, should I leave it a few months/year?
