is there a way to minimise the search so it just goes through users' signatures?

someone had quite a funny statement that i'd like to ask if i could use myself but cant remember who and how it went exactly.

maybe th ebest way for you to do this is try to remember the title or subject matter of the thread type in relavant terms and look through the posts

As edesignuk said to me recently, Google is your friend!

try entering in Google something like " <your quote> site:macrumors.com" (without the quotemarks)

that will restrict the sites searched to just macrumours.

    e.g.

if you think that fab signature was " Michael Moore's Rocks ", then type

    michael moore's rocks site:macrumors.com

    Got it?

try various wordings if you can't remember the exact words
