The grips that hold the iPad in place are not sticking anymore. Tried super glue but it didn't work. Was gonna do silicone, but before I do I wanted to get some insight on if I should or the best thing to use for it. Thanks in advance. Hope it made sense.

They have great customer service. Before the new ones were announced, I had problems with my corners. They sent me out new ones.

Now I'm waiting on the new and improved corners. Hope they will help out a lot.

Is there any difference in them and how fast can I expect them to come?

It will be interesting to see if they are different or just replacements. Thanks much for the link! Given the sharp angle the foam tape is bent at for the case corners, I was that that surprised that the PSA tape would let go. Personally, I just bonded mine back down with a small amount of polyurethane (brand name Goop) but I would think silicone would work too. Just don't use too much as the foam looks porous to me and the excess might soak thru.
