I got the Sims 2 for my ibook and it works okay, but it's a little slow at some parts. Do you think if I added in another gig of memory (upping it to 1.5) that it would help the game?? I have it load from my external harddrive, and the Sims 2 is the only thing on there right now which I think helped the game somewhat. It was a little worse running it from my internal 40 gig drive.

    Hello BrewCityGirl

If possible please provide more information about the model of iBook you have.

Adding 1GB of memory to the system will help improve performance, especially if you are using or plan to use OS 10.4

However it may not improve the performance of this particular game as the graphics adapter could be the bottle neck.

    Hope this helps
