Siri graphical corruption

Hi,

I've had this problem since upgrading to macOS sierra.

It's really bugging me now, I have 1 15" MacBook Pro Retina 2015.

When activating siri, the animation is offset and a white line appears in the bar.

Is there any easy fix apart from clean install?
