Siri - Language not supported - english?

Hi
I reset my iPhone last night (just all settings) and now have two problems:

1) When I re-enabled siri I had this Language not supported message! (See attached) English (UK) I now cant get siri to work on the watch and

2) I'm not getting any notifications. The weather temp is also not showing on the clock face.

I have checked and the watch is connected in the bluetooth settings on the phone.
I have restarted both devices.

You thoughts please?
