Hi,

I got my 2GHZ macbook Pro, w/ 2G of ram. I've noticed that some of the screen redraws aren't as smooth as my 1.33GHZ Powerbook G4. For example, when I move the mouse back and forth over the dock, the dock actions aren't as smooth. Also, when scrolling up and down with safari, the screen redraws aren't that great. This is probably just an optimization issue.

Hmm, mine is fine (2.0Ghz, 2Gb RAM). I have a lot running and Handbrake ripping a DVD and the Dock is still smooth as butter...

Did you turn on smooth scrolling in the Appearance preference? :D
