    wow, 150, 000 of each huh. i can believe that. especially as linksys has been pushing the .11g standard too, dead cheap now, why would you even bother with .11b? still, good news in my eyes.

    If you're talking about mass market and devoting your product line to one standard, yes Apple is ahead of the curve. But these other standards have been around for at least a year.

    i have once considered getting an airport card and base station and then thought, "i could get some really cool software for that computer"...which i did

    What are you talking about? 802.11g isn't even a ratified standard yet.
