    Does anyone remember when the beta of boot camp will stop working? wasn't it sometime in October?

    I remember reading some posts and people thought that was when 10.5 would be coming out, but now that we know leopard is on track for a spring 07 release, what do you guys think will happen in October?

    let the comments begin,

    im sure apple will ensure that the beta users arent left out.
    they will offer a smooth transition that allows for upgrading to boot camp 1.0

    Spring 2007 is Apple's way of saying "Next Tuesday."

    And so what if Boot Camp's beta is over? Leopard will have Boot Camp and I'm sure it will contain instructions for Intel-Tiger-Boot-Campers and how to transition it over to Leopard.

    Once you've installed the firmware update (not a beta) you can install and run XP manually without the need for Boop Camp. You would need to find the drivers though...
