Soundtrack can't export

I am unable to export the audio for a project on Soundtrack. In Soundtrack Help it says that you can de-select the option to mute the audio when exporting, but that option is checked and grayed out. I have not been able to figure out another way to do it or to get it "un-grayed" so I can deselect the mute audio option.

Anyone have a clue what's up with this?:confused:
