you know how sometimes people here complain about too much spam and such in the community threads? i just thought i'd share a thread from my forum that's gotten COMPLETELY out of hand wrt spamming. you need to view all 5 pages to get the full effect but it's just mind bogglingly spammy

That's very dumb forum software with all those quote boxes.

Very poor quality of users too... ...insert witty comment here...

I'm ashamed just to have even read it all the way to 5 pages.

I like phpBB's quote boxes. I just wish it only did one inside the other, instead of 5 deep or so.

I dislike phpBB in general. can't stand it really. I like vBulletin the best...because MR uses it :D.

no, but seriously, vBulletin is really nice and phpBB sucks.

phpBB is great considering its cost. I used phpBB to create a forum for 300k members to discuss a movie and it worked great. We heavily customized the look with transparency and such, but we had no performance problems.

I guess OS X sucks b/c MR doesn't use it on their servers.. ;)
