    Hi there,

i was wondering if anyone could help me with cd's that are ripped as one long track instead of several ones. I'd like to split the album into several tracks, the way it is intended to be.

As far as I know the easiest option to do that is to burn the long track on a cd, then use a ripper that can be advised to rip from one particular sector on a cd to another thus splitting the large file into customized smaller ones. There is a Linux tool, called cdparanoia which is capable of doing it and basically I'm looking for something similar that runs under mac os x (panther).

I'd be really happy if anyone can help me, cheers.
