He doesn't seem too frustrated, actually. The deal's already gone through - it's just a status report that Apple decided to stay in Cupertino.

I counted several times "There were cheaper places, but we made it work to stay in Cupertino" and stuff like "maybe we can forget about all that (expense) 5 years down the road."

Even in a low key address to a city council the man comes off as polished.

I like the ending when each member had to get thier 2 cents in.

Steve was definitely irked about paying higher to stay in Cupertino. He mentioned it several times, as well as saying Apple is their largest tax payer. He was doing a little face time to lobby for lower taxes in the future.

What I found funny was the horrible comment from the Vice Mayor about 'the land being a child that needs to be educated'. Steve bolted right after. Hehe.

Horrible thing to say, I know, but those guys really kissed Job's A** didn't they? 'Oh thank you, Mr Apple for staying in Cupertino and giving us all those taxes!'

That's what cities do for their big corporate taxpayers.

You can't blame them, I guess - it's just cringe worthy to watch
