I don't use my Powerbook G4 much anymore but spontaneously 1/3 of the keyboard is sticky and sounds crinkly. I didn't spill anything on it, I'm the only one who uses it and I live alone.

wtf? anyways, can anyone relate? And how do I go about fixing this problem?

Thank you!

One thing you could try:

1) Take a photo of your keyboard.
2) Pull all of the keys and their springs off. You can use a slotted screwdriver, but the best way is to use your fingers.
3) Put them all back on, following the layout in your photo.

If you're still having problems, you may have to think about replacing it.
