Stock Refresh Times?

When does the stock of the 7 Plus in NYC usually get refreshed? Just wondering, I've been staying up until 12:30 almost every night... hah! If you bought one in NYC, when did you have to place an order? Have you had to go through iUP, or through the main Apple website? I'm just wondering, as I'll probably upgrade using my 2 year contract.

Also, could you place a reservation on Sunday even though you're technically placing an order on Saturday (12:05)?
