Problem : You can't see what files are included in other are when looking at system storage. My Macbook air holds 128 gb so as you can imagine it fills up pretty fast. Recently I tried to download borderlands but I didn't have enough space. I checked my system storage and my computer was completely filled up and about 2/3 of my storage was other. I did some research and I found this great free app that lets you view the size of all your mac files(Just search Disk Inventory X). The largest file i had on my computer was steam with 45 gb and it was being showed as other. I deleted Steam and now I have 45 gb of free space . I'll get steam again when I upgrade my storage. Disk Inventory X lets you view all your mac files and how much storage they take up.
