Remember we are sending these people to the same debt counseling services the FTC is warning about, and calling scumbags that destroy people lives.

Then there are the courts, who may end up using the same IRS rules to determine your abtual $ ability to repay debt (if you are above the median income.)

If anybody has ever went through any court ordered repayment, they will know how abusive that process can be.

You are paying what and what for rent, car payments, and insurance. Well that's too bad -- we think you should be paying this much, and we'll add the extra $1000 to the amount you have to repay monthly.

Years of court ordered supervised repayment will be hell, and costly for the courts.
