Strange system prefs icon

I noticed this today:

What should I do?

UPDATE: I treid deleting com.apple.preferencepanes.cache, and the other one as many people say, and I do not have those files.

I think I've seen about a hundred threads on this...

Anyway, I think you've looked in the wrong place in you can't find the files. Are you sure you went here:

(close system preferences)
Double click your harddrive icon
double click Users
double click >yourusername<
double click Library

find the file com.apple.preferencepanes.cache
trash it

It should work...

I just went HD--> Library --> Cache, I tried your way and it works!
