    Looks like it to me, didn't see it using search of "dell apple" since yesterday. Sorry if I am mr duplicator here.

    It was good to read the article though. My brother in law called last night, says he is coming over after the next paycheck to have me order him an iBook. (gotta check the deals). He hates his dell, and all the maintenance, and is a professional pilot like me (I was till yesterday) and wants the ease and use-ability.

    I got my company dell last year, had a question and was on hold for 48 minutes (I was timing it) then was told I had "Platinum" support, and was put back on hold for another 12 minutes to ask my 30 sec question, was on the phone 1 hr 3 minutes. Got Ms Bangalor. Evidently Platinum level service means you get to wait longer.
