The guy apparently didn't read the fine print - you're supposed to tape the vial of pills to the end of, well, the item to be enhanced. Presumably, the vials come in various heights, up to 3".

sort of OT but i don't really see why people complain about spam so much? I get less than a dozen unwanted emails per week, and i have 4 email address. (all for different things of course) and none of those emails are about penis enlargement or viagra or nigerian ebay phishers.

but i wouldn't mind someone getting hard time for spam. it is a pain when i have to see other people deal with... and when i get blamed for it (log story, don't ask)
