iPod Sync an iPod and an iPhone??

Can I sync my mucsic Library on iTunes with an iPhone [is now] and an iPod?

Yes. As long as both devices are paired with that library. You won't be able to pull music from either device down to iTunes though. iTunes has to be the controlling factor in this equation.
